View BPM Event

Background Information:

Process Name:	View BPM Event
Role:	Internal User
Objective(s):	To view the BPM Event.
Before you begin:	• The BPM Event must already exist in the system. • There must be a reason to search for and view the BPM Event.
What happens next:	The BPM Event is viewed by the user.

How to do it:

1.	Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen.	SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen.	The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal.
2.	Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel.	SUITS displays the BPMAdministrator Maintenance screen.
3.	Click the Events hyperlink.	SUITS displays the BPMN Event Lookup screen.
4.	Enter search criteria.
5.	Click the Search button.	SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel.
6.	Click the Event Desc hyperlink for the event to be viewed.	SUITS opens the BPMN Event Maintenance screen.	On this screen, the details of the event can be viewed. The process notifications can also be edited from this screen, if the user has the role.
