View BPM Process

Background Information:

Process Name:	View BPM Process
Role:	Internal User
Objective(s):	To view the BPM Process.
Before you begin:	• The BPM Process must already exist in the system. • There must be a reason to search for and view the BPM Process.
What happens next:	The BPM Process is viewed by the user.

How to do it:

#	User Action	System Response	Notes
1.	Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen.	SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen.	The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal.
2.	Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel.	SUITS displays the BPM Administrator Maintenance screen.
3.	Click the Process Configuration hyperlink.	SUITS displays the BPMN Process Lookup screen.
4.	Enter search criteria.
5.	Click the Search button.	SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel.
6.	Click the Name hyperlink for the process to be viewed.	SUITS opens the BPM Process Maintenance screen.	On this screen, the details of the process can be viewed.
