•      The BPM Process Instance must already exist in the system.

•      There must be a reason to search for and view the BPM Process Instance.

What happens next:

The BPM Process Instance is viewed by the user.

1. 

Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen.

SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen.

The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal.

2. 

Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel.

SUITS displays the BPMAdministrator Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the Process Instance hyperlink.

SUITS displays the BPMN Process Instance Lookup screen.

 

4. 

Enter search criteria.

 

 

5. 

Click the Search button.

SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel.

 

6. 

Click the Process Instance ID hyperlink for the process instance to be viewed.

SUITS opens the BPMN Process Instance Maintenance screen.
