Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen. |
SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen. |
The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal. |

Click on the Reports and Dashboards main menu item on the left side panel. |
SUITS displays the Reporting Services Maintenance screen. |

Select the ETA Report Lookup hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the Generate Reports Maintenance screen. |

Enter search criteria. |

Click the Search button. |
SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel. |

Select the radio button for the report the user wishes to generate. |

Click the document type button of the user’s choice (or that is required). |
The user’s computer will ask whether the user wants to open or save the file. |
Not all document types will appear for all reports. It depends on the information being generated in the report. |

The user will choose to either open or save the file to their computer. |
The file will open in the selected document type. |
