Before you begin:

      DEW has put an extension on employer account

What happens next:

      Extension history is viewed and/or exported to excel

Notes

1. 

Select the Account Maintenance menu item.

SUITS displays the Employer Maintenance screen.

 

2. 

Select the Extension History icon.

SUITS displays the Extension History lookup screen.

 

3. 

Enter Search Criteria as warranted and click the ‘Search’ button.

SUITS displays results below in the Search Results panel.

 

4. 

View the Search Results and click the ‘Export to Excel’ button if desired.
