To view On-Demand Management Reports in SUITS.

Before you begin:

There should be a reason to search for and view an on-demand management report.

What happens next:

The user views the on-demand management report.

1. 

Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen.

SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen.

The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal.

2. 

Click the Reports and Dashboards main menu item from the left side panel.

SUITS displays the Reporting Services Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the Management Reports hyperlink.

SUITS displays the Management Reports Maintenance screen.

 

4. 

Click the On Demand Reports hyperlink.

SUITS displays the On Demand Reports Maintenance screen.

 

5. 

Select the hyperlink for the report the user would like to view.

SUITS displays the related maintenance screen.

The list of on-demand reports are as follows:

      FEIN Change

      TPA Report

      NAICS Code Report

      Outstanding Employer Credit Report

      Debit Aging Report

      Employer Status Report

      Payments Modified Report

      Suspense Payment Report

      Field Audit Status Report

      Lien Report

      Bank Levy Report

      Debt Established Report

      Eligible for Levy Report

      Payment Dishonored Report

      Monthly Adjustments Report

      Write Off Report

      Uncollectible Debt Report

      Reimbursable Security Report

6. 

Enter search criteria.

 

 

7. 

Click the Search button.

SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel.

 

8. 

Either export the report to Excel, or view the chart.

SUITS either downloads the Excel document or displays the chart related to the report.

Depending on what the report is being used for, either of these options will give the user the desired information.
