Objective(s):

This process will outline how to access Protest records in SUITS to view as well as update the level and status as applicable due to updates happening in the process in SCUBI.

Before you begin:

A protest record exists in the system

What happens next:

The protest record is updated and saved

1. 

Select the Administrative Services main menu item.

This brings you to the Administrative Services Maintenance screen.

 

2. 

Click the Audit Log icon.

Click this icon to go to the Audit Log Base Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Enter in Search Criteria and click the ‘Search’ button.

SUITS brings back all records that meet the search criteria.

This screen will display read-only information. View the search results as needed and/or update the criteria to narrow down results to view more refined results.
