SUITS issues a good standing letter if *all* the following conditions are satisfied:
o No delinquent debts exist on the account (at all, as of system date) with a status of ‘unpaid’ or ‘non collectible’ or ‘write off’
o No outstanding wage reports due on past quarters
o No estimated wage reports on quarters
If any of these conditions are not met, SUITS will not generate an Account in Good Standing letter for the employer.
