What happens if an Employer registers and they have a liability in the past?

•      The account will be made liable as of the determined liability date, if that date is within the current or 16 prior completed quarters from SUITS date.
 

•      If the liability date is older than the past 16 quarters, SUITS will make the account liable as of the first day of the 16^th quarter.

Ex: Register on 04/10/2017 with determined liability date of 01/01/2010. SUITS will make the account liable as of 01/01/2013 – the first day of the 16^th prior completed quarter.

•      This is for all employment types – Non-Profits and Governmental Employers still create their respective employment type workflows but there is no provision to edit past dated liability.
