What happens if an Employer registers and they have a liability in the past?

The account will be made liable as of the determined liability date, if that date is within the current or 16 prior completed quarters from SUITS date.

If the liability date is older than the past 16 quarters, SUITS will make the account liable as of the first day of the 16th quarter.

Ex: Register on 04/10/2017 with determined liability date of 01/01/2010. SUITS will make the account liable as of 01/01/2013 – the first day of the 16th prior completed quarter.

This is for all employment types – Non-Profits and Governmental Employers still create their respective employment type workflows but there is no provision to edit past dated liability.
